The Winsing Arts Foundation was established in the spring of 2018 with the mission to promote the balanced development of art, architecture, environment, lifestyle, and aesthetics among the public. By fostering connections between individuals and between people and the land, the Foundation aims to create ideal spaces that blend art and cultural aesthetics. This is achieved through the operation of arts and cultural spaces, organization of art exhibitions, community development, and promotion of aesthetic education programs.

The Foundation's scope of work includes professional arts and cultural promotion as well as community building. Its arts and cultural promotion efforts center on supporting and establishing an Arts Archive and providing grants for Taiwanese contemporary art criticism. The community-building initiatives focus on promoting reading through the establishment of community-based themed independent bookstores. By offering professional resources through an arts platform and managing community development efforts, the Foundation seeks to bring art into communities and realize the vision of integrating art into daily life while transforming everyday experiences into art.

Through exhibitions, lectures, courses, a community arts library, and the development of a micro-research initiative on Taiwanese contemporary art (Arts Archive), the Foundation provides accessible cultural and artistic experiences. These initiatives ensure that individuals who rarely encounter art or those passionate about it but lacking time to visit museums can engage with art and culture effortlessly while experiencing diverse aspects of lifestyle aesthetics.


The Foundation aspires to foster sustainable and gradual cultural enrichment through its community-focused operations. By extending the influence of humanistic aesthetics from local neighborhoods outward, it aims to transform and enhance the cultural landscape of urban environments.
